UTMmm is a free web-based tool that helps you generate UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) parameters for URL tracking. The Service currently operates entirely in your browser with no server-side data storage or user accounts.

Search Party and UTMmm shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: tracking inaccuracies, data loss, campaign performance issues, or misuse of generated URLs. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated UTM parameters.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Search Party. The UTM parameters themselves are based on Google Analytics standards and are not proprietary. Generated URLs are yours to use freely.
We currently do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All UTM generation happens in your browser. When account features are added, we will update our Privacy Policy accordingly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Search Party, without regard to conflict of law principles.
