UTMmm is a free web-based tool that helps you generate UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) parameters for URL tracking. The Service currently operates entirely in your browser with no server-side data storage or user accounts.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• • Generated UTM parameters will function as expected in all platforms
• • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Search Party and UTMmm shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: tracking inaccuracies, data loss, campaign performance issues, or misuse of generated URLs. You are solely responsible for how you use the generated UTM parameters.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Generate malicious, deceptive, or fraudulent tracking links
• • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Search Party. The UTM parameters themselves are based on Google Analytics standards and are not proprietary. Generated URLs are yours to use freely.

>> 7. Privacy and Data Collection

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve the Service. All UTM generation happens in your browser—we do not store your UTM parameters or full URLs on our servers.
